## About

17 Design and Manufacturing is based in Oklahoma City and does contract manufacturing for military and law enforcement customers alongside its own products. Its patented IFLR-15 is an AR-15 lower receiver with the folding mechanism machined directly into the receiver, so a stock or brace folds without an aftermarket adapter. Wear parts are made from S7 tool steel. The design was revived as a joint project with the person who went on to run Shield Arms, as a submission for the US Army's Sub Compact Weapon solicitation. The catalog lists billet and forged multi-calibre lowers in black.
