It runs a 30-round magazine rather than the tubular magazine typical of lever guns, which changes the handling dynamic considerably.

### Detailed Features
The lever mechanism cycles rounds quickly and is designed around the box magazine feed system rather than a traditional tube. At approximately 6.4 lbs without the magazine, it handles well in different positions. The 870/Magpul compatible buttstock opens up aftermarket options for length and cheek weld adjustments.

Two safeties are fitted: a crossbolt and a grip safety. The 16-16.25 inch barrel keeps overall length at roughly 39.5 inches, making it maneuverable compared to full-length lever rifles.

## What Customers Say

*AI-generated insights from customer reviews*

The Bond Arms LVRB gets attention partly for being unusual. A lever-action built around a box magazine and .223 Wylde chambering is a different take on the format, and that novelty drives a lot of the discussion.

People who like it point to the .223 Wylde chamber's flexibility with both .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO, the 30-round magazine capacity, and the classic lever-action aesthetics combined with modern features. Build quality is generally described as solid.

Critiques cluster around weight and balance. At 6.4 lbs unloaded it's not especially heavy, but some users find the balance point awkward for extended use. Accuracy feedback is mixed; most report satisfactory performance while others feel precision could be tighter. Price is seen as high relative to competing options, and some buyers are waiting to see how the additional caliber options materialize before committing.
