### Key Specifications

- **Capacity:** 10+1 rounds
- **Weight:** 16.4 oz.

- **Finish Color:** Black Cherry / Satin Aluminum

### Features
The polymer frame keeps weight down while the grip contours let most shooters get a secure, consistent hold. Glock's Safe Action system has three independent safeties that prevent accidental discharge without slowing access. Sights are white dot front and white outline rear, which pick up quickly in varied lighting.

The 43X works well for concealed carry, home defense, and range use. Its slim single-stack profile disappears under a cover garment, and the 10+1 capacity is a step up from the original 43 without adding bulk.

## What Customers Say

*AI-generated insights from customer reviews*

The Glock 43X Gen 1 in Black Cherry draws generally positive feedback, with a few recurring criticisms worth knowing.

Most owners praise the slim profile for concealed carry. It hides easily under clothing and the 16.4 oz. weight makes all-day carry comfortable. The grip gets good marks for feel and control, and the added magazine capacity over the original 43 is consistently appreciated.

Reliability is rarely questioned. Owners report that the 43X cycles through different ammunition types without problems, which matters for a carry gun.

The Black Cherry finish is polarizing in a minor way. Some buyers sought it out specifically, while others would have preferred a more standard option. It does stand out from the typical black polymer pistol.

Trigger feel divides opinion. Some shooters are satisfied with the factory pull; others find it heavier or less crisp than they'd like and swap it out early.

Accessory selection is more limited than what's available for the 19 or 17, though aftermarket support for the 43X has grown. A handful of owners feel the 10-round capacity is still low compared to other compacts in the same price range.

Pricing is generally accepted as fair for a Glock, though some buyers feel the market has narrowed the gap between Glock and competing compact pistols.
