The build quality and fit/finish consistently come in for praise, but the price and some practical tradeoffs keep the conversation lively. **Positive Feedback:** 1. Build Quality: Owners regularly describe the K6S as feeling solid and well-machined. The fit between cylinder and frame gets specific attention. 2. Compact Size: The small footprint makes it easy to holster discreetly, which is the main reason most buyers choose it. 3. Trigger: The trigger pull is widely described as smooth for a DAO revolver, which helps accuracy and makes it more approachable for less experienced shooters. 4. Finish: The Black DLC looks good and holds up. Several owners note no finish wear after extended carry. 5. Caliber Versatility: Running .38 Special for practice while keeping .357 Mag for carry is a practical advantage users call out often. **Critical Feedback:** 1. Price: The K6S sits at the high end for revolvers in this size class, and some buyers question the premium relative to competing options. 2. Weight: Despite being compact, it carries heavier than polymer-framed alternatives, which matters for all-day carry. 3. Capacity: Six rounds is the ceiling for revolvers, and some buyers coming from semi-autos find that a real limitation. 4. Recoil: Full-power .357 Mag loads produce noticeable recoil in a small, lightweight frame, something shooters with smaller hands or less experience notice quickly. 5. Accessories: Aftermarket support for the K6S is thinner than for more common revolvers or semi-autos. ## Pricing **1 offers available** | Vendor | Price | |--------|-------| | Guns Com | $1525.99 | ## Similar Products - [Kimber K6s DASA Texas .357 Mag 2" Revolver - Satin Stainless Ivory G10](https://gunsnation.com/p/kimber-k6s-dasa-texas-357-mag-2-revolver-satin-stainless-ivory-g10/UCBmXvi09) - [Kimber K6S Stainless .357 Magnum Compact Double Action Revolver](https://gunsnation.com/p/kimber-k6s-stainless-357-magnum-compact-double-action-revolver/UCBmXyE2c) - [Kimber K6S DCR .357 Magnum Compact Stainless DAO Revolver](https://gunsnation.com/p/kimber-k6s-dcr-357-magnum-compact-stainless-dao-revolver/UCBmXvhx4) - [Kimber K6S DC - Compact .357 Mag Revolver, 2" Barrel, Night Sights](https://gunsnation.com/p/kimber-k6s-dc-compact-357-mag-revolver-2-barrel-night-sights/UCBmXvhxY) - [Kimber K6 Elite .357 Revolver: Compact Stainless & Rosewood Masterpiece](https://gunsnation.com/p/kimber-k6-elite-357-revolver-compact-stainless-rosewood-masterpiece/UCBmXyE4K) - [Kimber K6S Ultra Compact .357 Mag Stainless Revolver - 2" Barrel, 6-Rd](https://gunsnation.com/p/kimber-k6s-ultra-compact-357-mag-stainless-revolver-2-barrel-6-rd/UCBmXvhxA) --- *Data from [GunsNation](https://gunsnation.com)*
