## What Customers Say

*AI-generated insights from customer reviews*

Owners of the Owyhee consistently call out portability as the defining characteristic. 3.90 lbs. with a 16.5-inch barrel makes it genuinely easy to carry on long hikes or pack into a bag. For small game hunting and plinking it fits the role well, and the fiber optic sights get positive marks for being usable in mixed lighting without needing to mount optics.

Accuracy feedback is mostly good, though owners note the results are ammunition-sensitive. Some loads group tightly, others don't, and finding a preferred brand takes a few range trips. The suppressor-ready threading is a popular feature among those running cans.

Criticism focuses on trigger feel and magazine capacity. Some owners wish for a lighter, crisper break on the trigger, and a 10-round capacity feels limiting compared to semi-auto .22s in the same category. Durability questions have come up after heavy use, though this doesn't appear to be a widespread pattern. Overall, it reads as a solid lightweight .22 bolt gun for people who know what they're trading off.
