### Detailed Features

Krinkov-style adjustable sights handle varying distances reasonably well. The chrome-lined hammer-forged (CHF) barrel is the durability and accuracy piece here, easier to clean after extended use and holds up over high round counts. The threaded barrel (26x1.5mm LH) accepts suppressors and flash hiders. The pistol grip is black polymer; it's functional without being fancy.

At 6.6 lbs. with a 10-inch barrel, handling is manageable, though this is a hefty pistol by any measure. The lever safety is standard AK-pattern, familiar to anyone who has run that platform.

## What Customers Say

*AI-generated insights from customer reviews*

Owners of the Zastava ZPAP M92 in 7.62x39mm generally come away positive, though with a few caveats.

Build quality draws consistent praise. The pistol feels solid and the CHF chrome-lined barrel is a step above what you get from budget AK imports. Reliability with a wide range of ammo is a common talking point; most users report minimal cycling issues. The 30+1 capacity and AK compatibility mean magazines are easy to find.

Customization is a real draw for this platform. Compatibility with standard AK accessories and the threaded barrel make it easy to configure for different uses. The blued finish gets mixed opinions. Some like the classic look, others prefer the modern coatings found on competing models.

The main criticisms involve ergonomics: at 6.6 lbs. with a pistol form factor, balance can feel awkward without a brace or stock, and some users add an SB Tactical or similar accessory to address this. Price is considered fair within the AK pistol category. State-level legal considerations around AK-pattern pistols come up in discussions, as expected for the format.

Fans of the AK platform who want a pistol-format variant will find the M92 delivers on reliability and build quality.
