Avidity Arms was formed in 2016 by Rob Pincus, a defensive shooting instructor and the founder of Personal Defense Network, who spent much of a decade developing the company's pistol in public and putting prototypes in front of students. The PD10 was released at SHOT Show in 2023. It is a striker-fired 9mm built for concealed carry, with a 4-inch barrel, a 10+1 capacity, an overall length of 6.94 inches, a height of 5.14 inches and a width of 1 inch. The catalog lists it in grey and black.
