Sharps Bros
Sharps Bros makes AR-pattern lower receivers machined from 7075-T6 aluminium with a hard coat anodized finish, oversized integral trigger guards and beveled magazine wells. The three main designs are the Jack, which has a skull-shaped magazine well, the Hellbreaker, whose styling comes from the P-40 Warhawk, and the Warthog, named after the A-10. The Jack takes more than 3 million lines of machining code to cut, against roughly 250,000 for a conventional lower. Sharps Bros sells through distributors rather than direct, and also offers billet uppers in 5.56 and .223.
