Taurus TTX Suppressor Line Covers Rimfire, PCC and .30-Caliber Hosts
Taurus has listed three TTX suppressors spanning rimfire, pistol-caliber carbine and centerfire-rifle roles. The TTX22 carries a $299.99 MSRP, while the TTX9C and TTX30 are each listed at $599.99. All three product pages specify additive-manufactured titanium, a Cerakote C-Series finish, monocore construction and a full-auto rating. Taurus also describes each as a direct-thread model, but the thread pattern, dimensions and intended host type change across the line.
TTX22 handles four small-bore cartridges
The TTX22 is the smallest model at 5.50 inches long, one inch in diameter and 3.71 ounces. It mounts directly on 1/2x28 threads. Taurus lists compatibility with .22 LR, .22 WMR, .17 HMR and 5.7x28 FN, giving the rimfire model a broader cartridge range than its name alone suggests. Its catalog identifiers are item number 7-TTX22 and UPC 7-25327-94496-6. The page claims sound reduction of up to 30 dB but does not publish the test host, ammunition or measurement protocol behind that maximum.
At 3.71 ounces, the TTX22 adds far less listed mass than either centerfire model. That is directly relevant on a rimfire pistol, where suppressor weight ahead of the muzzle can alter handling. Taurus says the model is optimized around sound signature, point-of-impact consistency and platform balance. Those are manufacturer claims rather than independent test findings. The product page supplies dimensions and a performance ceiling, but no measured point-of-impact shift, repeatability series or third-party sound data.
