Owners of the Adler HT-104 generally appreciate the no-frills semi-auto action and the long 28-inch barrel, which they find well-suited for upland hunting and clay sports. The synthetic stock holds up in wet or rough conditions without the worry of wood warping, and most find the fit and finish acceptable for the price tier.

Ergonomics get mixed reviews. The HT-104 feels solid in hand but a bit front-heavy with the full-length barrel, and some shooters note the controls take a few sessions to feel natural. Recoil management is considered adequate for light field loads, though heavier shells can feel snappy.

Value is where the Adler tends to win people over. Buyers who want a functional semi-auto shotgun without a premium price tag find the HT-104 delivers on the basics. Aftermarket support is limited compared to major brands, so those who want to accessorize heavily may find the options thin.
