I think this is one area where benelli really shines it's got a smaller grip here the forearm feels great in the hands.

Into the shoulder it's not bad at all and i'm not getting pounded in the face i like how this shotgun is handling the recoil.

Target Focused Life

That does give you an indication that it might not be as reliable with lighter target loads or loads that have had degradated powder.

Target Focused Life

Seems to have a little bit more muzzle jump it shoots a little higher than other guns that's a preference thing.

Target Focused Life

It's definitely not the fastest operating shotgun but it does give you an idea of how fast it operates.

The Benelli Super Black Eagle III 20GA, particularly in the 26" Enhanced Comfort configuration, gets consistently positive reviews. The lightweight 20-gauge platform and the Comfort Tech stock system come up most often. Shooters note that recoil fatigue is noticeably reduced compared to heavier guns, which matters when you're running multiple rounds at clays or hunting all day.

Versatility is another common point: users run it for waterfowl, upland game, and range work without swapping anything out. The semi-auto action draws praise for smooth, reliable cycling.

The main complaint is price. Most owners say the quality justifies it, but a vocal minority think comparable performance is available for less. A smaller number prefer a different platform based on fit or personal preference. On balance, the gun has a strong following and the negative feedback is mostly about cost, not reliability.
