The Bisley .45 LC is a single-action revolver built around a grip shape that sets it apart from standard Colt-pattern revolvers. The Bisley-style grip positions the hand lower on the frame, which reduces felt recoil and keeps the muzzle from climbing as much on repeat shots. The case-hardened frame adds durability and gives the gun its distinctive mottled color pattern.
The single-action trigger offers a lighter, crisper pull than double-action designs, which suits deliberate target work well. At 7.5 inches, the barrel is on the longer side for a revolver, which contributes to muzzle velocity and sight radius. The grip design is the real story here. The raked angle and wider backstrap give most shooters noticeably better control compared to a standard SAA profile.
The Bisley .45 LC works well for cowboy action shooting, where its caliber and single-action format fit the rules, and for hunting small game where .45 LC has adequate stopping power at close to medium range. The 7.5-inch barrel makes it less suited for concealed carry than shorter variants, but that's not what this gun is built for.
Actually it shoots a lot better than the the other one really I mean a lot better.
That grip angle it does fill oh this feels weird but it's much much more controllable.
Even though that was a strange grip angle it still pointed better I thought.

Owners of the CIMARRON Bisley .45 LC generally like the gun. The case-hardened finish draws consistent praise for its vintage appearance, and the Bisley grip gets mentioned often. Shooters appreciate how it sits in the hand and how it manages recoil compared to standard SAA grips.
On performance, reports are mostly positive. The action is smooth and the gun handles .45 Long Colt reliably. Accuracy gets good marks, with owners using it for target shooting and cowboy action events.
The main reservations are practical. The 7.5-inch barrel makes the gun long and relatively heavy, which some find awkward outside a holster. A few buyers also note that the price is on the higher side, though most consider it reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship involved.
