The FK Brno PSD is a compact-frame pistol chambered in 7.5 FK, built around a 4.3-inch tilting steel barrel finished in black nitride. The frame is black polymer with a built-in accessory rail and a textured grip surface. The slide has an optic cut for red-dot mounting and is serrated, finished in dark gray nitride that contrasts with the black nitride barrel.

The PSD sits in a niche corner of the market, and owners drawn to a tilting-barrel pistol design generally come in expecting machining quality above a typical polymer-frame gun. The nitride finishes on the barrel and slide hold up well to daily carry wear, and the fit between slide and frame is usually described as tight and well controlled.

Ergonomics get mixed reactions. The textured grip and accessory rail make the PSD easy to set up with a light, and the optic cut is a welcome feature for anyone planning to run a red-dot. Some shooters coming from more conventional striker-fired pistols need time to adjust to the tilting-barrel action and the compact frame's grip angle before it feels natural.

Value opinions vary the most. Buyers into the FK Brno lineup see the PSD as a distinctive alternative to mainstream compact pistols, but the platform's aftermarket support and parts availability lag well behind the big-name polymer pistols, which is the recurring gripe even among owners who otherwise like how the gun runs.
