The 20-inch steel barrel with a 1:16" twist rate handles standard .357 Magnum loads. The lever cycles smoothly for follow-up shots, and the 10+1 capacity gives a solid round count. Fiber optic front sight is genuinely useful in low-light conditions compared to a standard brass bead. Hammer safety is straightforward to operate. Turkish walnut stock has a traditional appearance and is comfortable to hold during extended range sessions.

At 5.50 lbs, this is a light rifle for its class, manageable for younger shooters or anyone who wants reduced carry weight.

The G-Force Huckleberry gets a split reception. The classic lever-action look and light weight (5.50 lbs) earn it real appreciation, especially among people who want a .357 Mag rifle that isn't heavy to carry. The action is generally praised as smooth, and the vintage aesthetic is a draw for many buyers.

The reliability concerns are the main caveat. Some owners reported feeding and ejection issues, leading to ongoing debate about whether those problems reflect early production inconsistency or a design limitation. Several owners mention that the rifle needed tuning or gunsmith attention before running consistently. Anyone buying a should be aware of that history and willing to address it if it comes up.

On balance, owners who got a good-running example tend to enjoy the rifle. Those who hit feeding problems are more cautious in their recommendations.

The wood looks very nice, and the lever action cycles with a smooth feel. Mine has only seen about 20 rounds so far, but it functioned well during that limited outing and was unexpectedly enjoyable to fire. The classic appearance was the first thing that caught my attention, while the easy operation became the lasting impression once I handled it. Between the attractive wood and the slick cycling, this Huckleberry has the traditional lever-rifle character I wanted without feeling rough or awkward in use.
