Owners of the Grand Power Stribog SP45A3 in .45 ACP generally approach it as a range-use or home-defense platform. The 8-inch threaded barrel and PDW form factor draw shooters who want the .45 ACP cartridge in a configuration that is easier to control than a standard pistol. The 20-round magazine capacity is frequently cited as a meaningful advantage over typical .45 ACP pistol configurations.

The Tailhook brace is well-regarded among Stribog owners for the additional control it provides during range sessions. The PDW layout gets positive marks from shooters who find the compact submachine-gun-style format intuitive, though some note the overall package size is larger than expected when compared to a standard pistol.

Grand Power's Czech manufacturing draws buyers who associate it with solid fit and finish. The SP45A3's controls and cycling are generally described favorably. The .45 ACP variant has a smaller aftermarket compared to the 9mm Stribog models, which owners looking to customize note as a limitation.
