What Reviewers Say

This is an absolute beautiful rifle here the Long Ranger it comes in with that laminated stock.
It's got a nice pad here. John and I both have noticed it handles the recoil well.
For trigger pull we'll Hammer back it just has a almost imperceivable take up and then a nice break I mean it is really quick trigger pull weight.
If I had to do it over again I would put low rings on here and shoot with low Rings or you can add a cheek riser to the back.
Excellent really small handy and it really UPS the game over the standard traditional lever action rifle.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
Owners of the Henry Long Ranger Deluxe Gold Edition tend to lead with the looks. The 24K gold inlay and walnut stock get consistent praise, and for many buyers that's the primary reason they chose this over a standard Long Ranger. Collectors in particular gravitate toward it.
Functionally, the lever action draws good marks for smooth cycling and the .223 Rem accuracy is well-regarded for target work and small game. Some owners mention weight. At 7 lbs it's on the lighter side for a lever gun, which helps during longer carry.
The main friction point is price. The Gold Edition costs noticeably more than other lever-action .223 rifles, and buyers who care primarily about utility sometimes feel the premium isn't justified. A few owners note the ergonomics are less adjustable than modern bolt-action options. Neither complaint is a dealbreaker for the audience this rifle is aimed at, but worth knowing if you're comparing on specs alone.
