Owners of the Henry Supreme in .300 AAC Blackout are drawn to the combination of a traditional lever-action platform with a cartridge that is well-suited to shorter barrels and suppressor use. The 16.5-inch threaded barrel is a recurring highlight; many buyers pair it with a suppressor for a quiet, compact setup that carries Henry's classic look.

The walnut stock and black receiver combination draws consistent praise for its appearance. Henry's build quality is a common theme in owner feedback, and the Supreme is regarded as a cut above entry-level lever guns in terms of fit and finish. The trigger is generally well-regarded for a lever-action, though some shooters note it is not match-grade.

A few owners note that .300 AAC Blackout lever-action guns are a niche within a niche, and the 10+1 capacity is considered generous for the platform. Some wish Henry offered more caliber options in the Supreme line. Opinions on long-term reliability are positive, with owners reporting smooth cycling across a variety of ammunition.
