Features

The semi-automatic action cycles quickly without requiring manual operation between shots, which matters in fast-moving hunting situations. The 26-inch vent rib barrel helps with heat dissipation and gives a cleaner sight picture down the rib. At 9 lbs., the wood-and-steel construction adds some heft compared to synthetic alternatives, though the weight helps absorb recoil during extended range sessions.

Who It's For

The Impala Plus Nero fits hunters and sport shooters who want a wood-stocked semi-auto without paying a premium for a European import. The traditional aesthetic makes it a natural fit for those who prefer classic styling over matte synthetic, and the 4-round capacity covers most hunting applications without being unwieldy.

Users who discuss the Impala Plus Nero 12GA generally land on the positive side, with the wood-and-steel construction drawing the most consistent praise. The classic look gets mentioned often. People who buy it usually want a traditional-styled semi-auto, and the blued steel barrel with walnut stock delivers on that. Reliability and smooth cycling come up regularly in field and range reports.

The main practical criticism is weight. At 9 lbs., the wood-and-steel build is noticeably heavier than comparable synthetic-stocked shotguns, which some users feel after a long day afield. Price is occasionally flagged as a consideration for budget buyers, though most who comment feel the craftsmanship justifies the cost.

Overall the feedback reflects a gun that does what it advertises: a well-built, classically styled semi-auto that performs reliably across hunting and sport shooting use.
