The Kimber Warrior is a steel-framed 1911-pattern pistol chambered in .45 ACP. At 39 ounces with an empty magazine and an 8.7-inch overall length, it carries the weight and dimensions typical of a full-size 5-inch 1911. The KimPro II finish provides corrosion resistance without the high-gloss look of polished steel.

Features
The 5-inch match-grade carbon steel barrel has a left-hand 16 twist rate. Barrel and slide fit on Kimber production pistols is generally tighter than GI-spec, which contributes to consistent accuracy. The Tactical Wedge Tritium night sights give a 6.8-inch sight radius and are usable in both low light and daylight. G-10 tactical grips improve purchase in wet or gloved conditions compared to standard wood or rubber panels.
The Picatinny rail under the dust cover lets you mount a light or laser without an adapter. The aluminum match-grade trigger comes tuned to a 4.0-5.0 lb pull, lighter and crisper than many stock 1911 triggers.
Usage
This is a purpose-built duty and range pistol. The night sights, rail, and heavier steel frame make it well-suited for home defense or tactical use where weight is less of a concern than capability. The 39-ounce carry weight rules it out for all-day concealed carry for most people, but at the range or in a duty role it handles .45 ACP recoil well. The 7-round single-stack magazine is standard for .45 ACP 1911s.
