Owners of the LWRC IC MKII generally report smooth, reliable cycling and note the rifle feels well-built next to typical AR-platform rifles in its class. The ambidextrous controls draw particular praise from left-handed shooters and anyone who trains weak-side manipulation, since every major control is reachable from either side. A few buyers point out that the extra machining and coatings add weight compared to a bare-bones AR build.

In hand, the adjustable stock and ambidextrous safety and mag release make the rifle easy to configure for different shooters, and many run it as a home-defense or range gun where quick manipulation matters. The Patriot Brown Cerakote finish is popular with shooters who want a distinct look, though a few note that Cerakote shows holster or sling wear over time.

Value opinions are mixed. Some owners feel the LWRC name commands a premium over comparable AR-platform rifles and expect the finish and ambidextrous features to justify the cost, while others think a standard AR with aftermarket ambi parts gets close to the same result for less. Because it runs on standard AR magazines and accessories, aftermarket support stays broad either way.
