What Reviewers Say
Quoted verbatim from YouTube reviews. Each link opens the video at the moment quoted.
You handle it, when you shoot it, when you really look at how it's built, it does reflect the price, the materials, the tolerances, the design.
Love the gun love it except for the way it actually fires a bullet.
It's a super interesting rifle and whether you find it interesting or not I do.
Now, I did have an issue a couple of times where I didn't fully close the bolt, but I could pull the trigger and get a light strike.
Most companies will build the 90% at most and stop. The fix is what happens when you throw time, money, and engineering to get the last 10%, the part nobody else finishes because it's the hardest.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
Owners of The Fix from Q consistently point to the folding stock as a practical feature that sets it apart from conventional bolt guns. Being able to collapse the rifle for transport without a separate case is a real convenience in the field, and the 6.5 Creedmoor chambering gives it reach that most hunting and precision-shooting contexts demand.
The trigger and bolt feel get positive remarks, though a segment of buyers notes the price point is steep relative to comparable bolt guns. The adjustable stock is appreciated for fitting different shooters, but some find the adjustment mechanism requires getting used to before it feels natural under a cheek weld.
Value perception divides owners. Those who prioritize the folding feature and Q's build quality accept the premium without complaint. Others feel the same terminal performance is available for less money in a conventional chassis, making The Fix a want rather than a need.
