Owners of the Shark Coast Tactical Anime-15 tend to focus on fit and finish first, since the Flat Dark Earth Cerakote is a big part of the appeal. Build quality gets generally positive marks, though as with any smaller-batch AR-style build, a handful of owners report checking screws and torquing furniture before their first range trip.

In terms of handling, the M-LOK handguard and Magpul MOE grip make the Anime-15 comfortable for owners who already run Magpul furniture on other rifles. The threaded barrel and A2 flash hider are straightforward to swap for a different muzzle device, which owners doing so appreciate, and the lever safety feels familiar to anyone used to AR-pattern controls.

Value-wise, buyers like getting a Cerakoted, threaded-barrel AR-style rifle with M-LOK furniture already installed rather than assembling one piece by piece. The aftermarket for AR-pattern parts fits the Anime-15 without much fuss, since it uses standard components, though a few owners note the lack of included sights means budgeting for optics or irons separately.
