The Shark Coast Tactical Geodesic is a semi-automatic AR-style pistol chambered in 5.56 NATO, built around a 10.5-inch threaded barrel finished in black Nitride. It uses an aluminum receiver with a Picatinny rail, an M-LOK handguard, and an SB Tactical SBA3 polymer brace in place of a shoulder stock. Owners of braced AR pistols like the Geodesic generally count on the AR-pattern operating system to run reliably once it's broken in, though a short-barreled build tends to run louder and dirtier than a full-length rifle, and regular cleaning matters more to keep cycling consistent.

The SBA3 brace and M-LOK handguard keep the Geodesic compact and easy to move with in tight spaces, which is the main draw owners mention for truck-gun or close-quarters roles. Recoil impulse and muzzle blast are sharper than on a longer-barreled rifle, so most shooters plan on hearing protection and a firmer grip to manage the shorter barrel.

Because it's AR-pattern, the Geodesic works with the same wide aftermarket as any other AR build, so swapping grips, optics, or handguard accessories is straightforward. Some buyers note a short-barrel pistol build like this costs more than a comparable rifle-length AR once the brace and shorter barrel are factored in, but most consider the compact footprint worth it for a dedicated short-barrel setup.
