The Sons of Liberty Legacy in 5.56 NATO draws a loyal following among users who prioritize domestic manufacturing and quality control.

Build quality and construction are the most-praised attributes. Users describe the fit and finish as above average for the price point, and reports of reliability issues are uncommon in community discussions.

Range performance gets positive marks. Accuracy and smooth operation come up frequently, and the manageable recoil of the 5.56 cartridge from a 16-inch barrel is well-suited for both new and experienced shooters.

Customization potential is a recurring topic. The AR platform means standard accessories and aftermarket parts fit without modification, and many owners use the Legacy as a foundation to build from.

Pricing generates split opinions. Some users consider it fairly priced given the build quality and American manufacturing; others compare it to lower-cost alternatives and question the premium.

Customer service experiences vary. Positive interactions are common in the feedback, but a meaningful subset of users encountered frustration when dealing with support issues.
