Honestly it just gets the eye roll from me it's like yeah whatever.
Everything else was under an inch it was very impressive for a gun in this price range bolt action hunting rifle very very impressive.
This gun is absolutely fabulous honestly if i had ordered this from a gunsmith to build a custom rifle and this is what came back i'd be pretty happy.
It's a very good gun i love the x-bolt action is very reliable but it the accuracy wasn't this good the stock wasn't this good.
Other complaint i have for springfield is we gotta see more chamberings i'm ah i hate it when i keep seeing guns coming out that are just 6'5 creedmoor maybe a 6'5 prc and a 308.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
The Springfield 2020 WayPoint in 6.5 PRC Camo gets strong marks overall, with accuracy and long-range precision coming up in nearly every discussion. The 6.5 PRC caliber is frequently praised for its flat trajectory and terminal ballistics, and owners across both hunting and precision shooting backgrounds report consistent results.
Build quality is well-regarded. Users note solid construction and good attention to detail. The camo finish gets called out as both functional for blending in during hunts and visually clean. Ergonomics get positive marks too, with the stock design aiding stability during prone or bench shooting.
On the downside, weight is the main complaint. At 8.20 lbs, it can get heavy on long field carries. Price also appears in the conversation; some feel it runs high relative to comparable options, though most who own one think the quality holds up the cost.
