What Reviewers Say
Quoted verbatim from YouTube reviews. Each link opens the video at the moment quoted.
The stoker str9 series is basically a turkish made glock when you take it apart it's immediately obvious there's a glock recoil system a glock trigger all the glock parts are in there.
There's actually a really superb shooter that trigger is just like a super well worn in glock trigger.
The trigger already feels like a well broken in gen 3 glock trigger i know some people don't like the clock triggers but those people are wrong and stupid and can't shoot worth a damn.
The pistol only includes one magazine in the box i don't want to have to chase down a spare immediately after getting the pistol.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
Owners of the STR-9C generally appreciate its compact dimensions and straightforward controls. The grip angle and texture get positive marks for comfort during range sessions, and most find the trigger acceptable for a polymer-framed carry pistol, though some shooters find it slightly heavy compared to competitors at the same price point.
The STR-9C's size draws favorable comments from those who carry it daily. It fits comfortably in most IWB holsters, and the 3.8-inch barrel keeps the profile manageable. A recurring note is that holster availability, while growing, still lags behind more established compact platforms.
Value is a common theme in owner discussion. The STR-9C comes in well under many comparable compact 9mm options, and Stoeger's warranty support receives generally positive reviews. The night sights version is often recommended as the better buy for only a modest price premium.
