The Mark V Backcountry in 6.5 Weatherby RPM is a bolt-action rifle built for hunters who count ounces. At 5.4 lb with a 26" fluted barrel, it's lighter than most rifles in its class while still being chambered in a cartridge with serious reach. The carbon fiber stock and Cerakote finishes keep weight down and weather resistance up.

Features
The TriggerTech Field trigger has a clean break and very little creep, a real asset when taking long shots from improvised positions. The Accubrake ST muzzle brake cuts felt recoil from the RPM cartridge and makes follow-up shots easier to manage. Barrel fluting reduces weight without giving up stiffness, and the McMillan Tan Cerakote on the barrel and receiver resists corrosion in wet, harsh conditions.
