Detailed Features
The triple trigger system offers three selectable trigger pull weights, allowing the shooter to tune feel to their preference or the load being used. The 32-inch back-bored barrel reduces felt recoil and provides a longer sighting radius for clay or bird work. The Invector Plus choke system accepts interchangeable choke tubes for different patterns and ranges. The adjustable Monte Carlo comb lets shooters dial in comb height for a consistent cheek weld regardless of clothing or mounting preference.
The Citori CXT is built for trap shooting, where a 32-inch barrel and adjustable stock geometry are standard competitive requirements.

What Reviewers Say
Quoted verbatim from YouTube reviews. Each link opens the video at the moment quoted.
Wood stock is perfect nice glossy finish the bluing again perfect browning really knocked my socks off with this gun.
This is just a hard shooting gun i know they have the recoil pad on here that helps but something about this cheek rust does not allow for really soft shooting.
It is going to bruise the side of your face all day long so if you're planning on shooting this gun for 50 100 200 rounds in a day you're gonna be sore.
Another con is that these choke tubes are extremely hard to get out and they are extremely flimsy in terms of using your choke wrench.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
The Browning Citori CXT 12 GA with a 32-inch barrel and walnut stock is well-regarded among clay shooters, particularly trap competitors.
Balance and swing are frequently praised. The 32-inch barrel adds weight forward, which helps smooth out the swing on crossing targets, and users describe it as comfortable for extended sessions. The walnut finish consistently draws positive remarks; the combination of appearance and durability is noted regularly.
Shooting performance is rated highly. The back-bored barrel and Invector Plus choke system work well together, and the adjustable trigger and Monte Carlo stock are valued customization features in a competition context. Reliability is described as solid across a range of trap loads.
The main friction point is price. The Citori CXT is at the upper tier of the over-under market, and discussions often weigh cost against performance versus less expensive alternatives. Most buyers who choose it consider the quality to justify the investment, though budget-constrained shooters sometimes look at other options.
