Owners of the CMMG Dissent Mk4 in 22 ARC tend to praise the folding stock as a practical addition that makes the rifle easier to transport and store. The Sniper Gray finish gets favorable comments for looking clean without drawing unnecessary attention.

The Dissent platform gets credit for its overall fit and finish, which is consistent with what CMMG customers expect at this price tier. Some owners note the trigger is adequate but not exceptional, and a number have swapped it out as a first upgrade.

The 22 ARC chambering generates a split reaction. Enthusiasts who sought it out for its ballistic performance are satisfied. Others who bought the Mk4 primarily for the platform and treated caliber as secondary report that ammunition availability is still developing compared to more established options.
