Brand: CMMG
SKU: UCEGJAgoC

Description

The CMMG Dissent MK4 is chambered in .350 Legend with a 16.1-inch barrel. It runs a direct impingement system rather than the Radial Delayed Blowback used in some other CMMG pistol-caliber builds. The result is a more conventional AR operating feel with the .350 Legend's deer-hunting capability. The side-folding stock collapses the rifle to a compact package for transport and storage. Weight is 6.5 lbs.

One of the only things I don't like about semi-automatic AR style rifles is that you burn through ammo Extremely fast.

Mud Lake Ranch

There is no uh builtin QD attachment So if you want to run a sling to the front you will have to have some sort of attachment to have your sling attached to the front of this rifle.

The Dissent MK4 in .350 Legend gets attention from two groups: hunters looking for a compact deer rifle and AR owners who want something different. The folding stock is the most-discussed feature. It makes the rifle genuinely compact for transport, and most users see it as a practical advantage rather than a gimmick.

.350 Legend's ballistics draw consistent praise for deer hunting at moderate distances, and users note the recoil is milder than larger hunting calibers, which makes it accessible to a wider range of shooters.

The price is the most common criticism. At its street price, buyers compare it against other hunting and sporting rifles and some find the value proposition unclear. The folding mechanism also draws some skepticism about long-term reliability, particularly for users who plan to use it in demanding conditions. Proper maintenance of the hinge is flagged as something to stay on top of.
