The CVA Scout V2 LR is a single-shot pistol chambered in .350 Legend with a 14-inch stainless steel barrel. At 3.7 lbs, it's light enough to carry through a full day of hunting without becoming a burden. Owners of the CVA Scout V2 LR .350 Legend generally like what it offers for the price. The compact size and light weight come up repeatedly as practical wins, especially from hunters working in states with straight-walled cartridge regulations where the .350 Legend qualifies. Accuracy gets good marks, with tight groups at reasonable distances being a common observation. The stainless construction draws consistent praise for holding up in rain and rough field conditions.

The main concern is recoil from the short barrel, which some find manageable and others consider a real consideration for new shooters. Ammo cost and availability relative to other calibers comes up occasionally as well. On balance, feedback leans positive. Most buyers find it a practical, portable option for hunting and range work.

This is a particularly good-looking pistol, and the overall design is what really won me over. The shape and stainless presentation come together nicely, giving it an appearance I continue to appreciate.

The Scout made an excellent first impression on me. It is a genuinely good-looking firearm, and the design is what really sets it apart. I keep noticing how well the overall appearance and design work together.
