Hi-Point 4595P owners are typically pragmatic buyers who prioritize cost and .45 ACP chambering over aesthetics. The long threaded barrel is a draw for those who want to run a suppressor without building a full rifle, and the pistol brace configuration keeps it in a legally distinct category that some buyers specifically need.

The polymer construction and powdercoat finish divide opinion. Critics call the overall build basic; supporters note that Hi-Point's lifetime warranty covers every part and the function is reliable with factory .45 ACP loads. Trigger feel is the most common complaint across the 4595P platform.

For value, the 4595P sits at the accessible end of the pistol-caliber segment. Buyers who approach it without premium expectations tend to be satisfied. Those who compare it to higher-end pistol-brace builds often find the trade-offs steep, but the Picatinny rail and threaded barrel at this price are hard to match.
