The Kel-Tec KSG is a bullpup pump-action shotgun chambered in 12 GA with an 18.5" barrel, dual magazine tubes, and a 14+1 capacity. The overall length is 26.10", shorter than most 18" barreled conventional shotguns, which makes it manageable in tight spaces.

Features
The dual magazine tubes are the KSG's defining feature. You can load two different shell types (buck and slug, for instance), and switch between tubes with a selector lever. The bullpup layout puts the weight rearward, and the rubber recoil pad helps with heavier loads. The receiver has no iron sights from the factory but accepts most standard optic mounts.
At 6.90 lbs empty, it's not a light gun for its size, and the unusual controls take some practice to run reliably under stress. The pump stroke is shorter than a traditional shotgun, which catches new shooters off guard until they get time behind it.
Usage
The KSG fits home defense roles where the compact length is an advantage and the high capacity reduces the need to reload. It also appears in 3-gun competition where the dual-tube capacity is a tactical asset. For hunting, the lack of sights and the learning curve make it a less natural choice compared to purpose-built hunting shotguns.
