Features
The AccuTrigger is user-adjustable for pull weight, a practical addition that distinguishes the Axis 2 from the base Axis. The matte black finish reduces glare, which matters in low-light hunting conditions. Integral swivel studs handle sling or bipod attachment without extra hardware. The included 3-9x40 scope covers most hunting distances without needing an immediate upgrade.
The 18" barrel makes this the shortest Axis 2 XP configuration available, which improves handling in tight blinds or dense cover at some expense to muzzle velocity.
Usage
This rifle fits hunters in straight-walled cartridge states who want a lighter carry without giving up meaningful range. The short overall length works well from a blind or in brush. At the range, the adjustable trigger helps build consistent habits for newer shooters, while experienced users can set it where they want it and leave it.

What Reviewers Say
Quoted verbatim from YouTube reviews. Each link opens the video at the moment quoted.
This is not a super smooth bold action okay it's okay it works pretty good works fine for the purpose deer hunting is not a volume of fire sport.
The only thing I change about this gun is whenever you rack it in the scope kind of get in the way and I really do not like the scope cover for it either that broke pretty instantly.
The trigger itself is adjustable and doesn't come out too bad from the factory.
350 doesn't dump you too much it's pretty soft shooting cartridge so kids younger shooters shorter statured shooters all that sort of thing it's a really good advantage.
Safety's up here on the tang forward is off back is on so it doesn't matter if you're right or left-handed it's very easy to access with your shooting hand thumb.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
Owners of this rifle tend to focus on the value of getting a scoped, .350 Legend package at an accessible price. The AccuTrigger gets the most positive mentions. The ability to adjust pull weight is frequently cited as one of the main reasons people chose this over comparable options.
Accuracy out of the box is generally well-regarded. Most buyers report that the rifle groups acceptably without changes, and the .350 Legend's recoil is noted as mild enough for new shooters to develop confidence.
The synthetic stock draws occasional criticism for feeling basic, and some shooters compare it unfavorably to wood-stocked rifles on aesthetics. A few note that the included scope does the job for hunting distances but could be upgraded for better low-light clarity. Recoil is occasionally discussed. Sensitive shooters sometimes mention interest in a muzzle device or recoil pad, though most consider it manageable as delivered.
