Features
The gas-operated action cycles shells while keeping felt recoil manageable. The chrome-lined chamber and barrel improve extraction reliability and reduce cleaning frequency. Three Beretta-style choke tubes are included (Improved Cylinder, Modified, Full), allowing the shooter to tailor shot spread to the target distance. A magazine cut-off lets the user clear the chamber without losing magazine capacity, a useful feature when switching loads in the field. The fiber optic front sight picks up quickly in varying light.

What Reviewers Say
Quoted verbatim from YouTube reviews. Each link opens the video at the moment quoted.
I would definitely say that out of any shot that I've fired whether it was a slug all the way up to a target load that I have not had a single Jam no issues whatsoever in cycling rounds.
The exterior on this particular model is not the best as much as I love the look of the Woodstock I'm not a big fan of the gloss finish I could scratch my fingernail on the stock.
Another thing that I wasn't a very big fan of is that when I was going hunting and shooting birds shooting clays I found this firearm to be very inaccurate.
I found that the improved cylinder choke oddly enough had a better pattern than the modified improved modified in terms of density and tightness.
Customers Say
AI-generated insights derived from customer reviews and discussions on popular gun-enthusiast forums.
The Raptor G1 in camo gets consistent praise for its price-to-performance ratio. The gas-operated semi-auto action cycles a variety of ammunition reliably, and the camo finish is appreciated for blending into hunting environments. The lightweight 7.10-lb. build is a common reason cited for choosing it for upland or waterfowl use.
Negative feedback is mostly minor. Some users report that the action benefits from a break-in period before cycling lighter loads consistently. Stock fit and adjustability come up occasionally, with a few buyers wishing for more options. Customer service experiences with TriStar are mixed, with some owners reporting smooth warranty interactions and others noting longer resolution times. Overall the Raptor G1 is viewed as a capable, affordable semi-auto for hunters who prioritize function over premium finish.
