In my opinion, Howa makes a really good barreled action. They don't have a lot of frills.
It's not in the greatest condition but I mean I didn't need one in the greatest condition it's just for hunting so as long as it shoots pretty well we're in business.
Stock on these is not free floated. I was looking at some of their literature the other day, just curious why, like why on earth in 2025 would you not free float a stock.
